How to start without getting overwhelmed

Put Aether in /Applications before turning on Accessibility, Microphone, and Speech Recognition so macOS remembers the right path.

Use Push to Talk for the first run. Once dictation feels stable, add commands.

Head tracking is optional. Turn it on after the simpler workflow feels stable, then use posture guide or recenter to dial it in.
